Having noticed a lot of "former members," I can think of three reasons, one good, the others not-so-good.
Sometimes, the member violated terms of use and was deleted by administrators.
Sometimes, the member became discouraged by lack of results and gave up.
And the good reason:
Maybe the member found a partner by using the site, and no longer needs the service.
I just wonder how often that last one happens. The forums and chat see so little activity; but then, maybe the action is in other avenues. I know that I always answer emails and messages, except for once, when it was clear he just wanted me to be another notch on his bedpost. But when I initiate an email to someone else, I almost never get any response.
Does anyone know how often a Passions Network member succeeds in finding someone by using the site?
